Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of silvergreenpartners.com (the "Site") and membership in the Silvergreen Partners community (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Educational purpose only — no financial advice
Silvergreen Partners provides educational content and a community for learning about the financial markets. Nothing provided through the Services is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, nor a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security, option, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.
Silvergreen Partners is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and does not provide personalized investment advice. Any trades, positions, watchlists, or opinions shared are the personal views and decisions of the individual sharing them, presented solely for illustration and education. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional before investing.
2. Risk disclosure
Trading and investing carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital, and options and leveraged instruments can produce losses that exceed your initial investment. Past performance does not indicate or guarantee future results. You accept full responsibility for any action you take based on information from the Services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Membership, billing, and trials
- Membership is billed on a recurring subscription basis through our third-party payment and membership provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription at the stated rate unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Introductory or "founding" rates apply only as described at the time of purchase and may change for new members.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Our refund handling is subject to the policies of our payment provider.
5. Community conduct
You agree not to: share, resell, or redistribute paid content outside the community; solicit or recruit members for other products, services, or schemes; impersonate others; post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content; attempt to manipulate any market; or disrupt the Services. We may remove content and suspend or terminate access for any violation, without refund.
6. No solicitation of members
Members will never be asked by us for payment or account credentials by direct message. Only official Silvergreen Partners administrators and our membership provider's system will contact you regarding billing or access. Any other solicitation is unauthorized and should be reported to hello@silvergreenpartners.com.
7. Intellectual property
All content provided through the Services — including analysis, written material, graphics, the Silvergreen Partners name and logo — is owned by Silvergreen Partners or its licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access it for your own educational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties (including our checkout/membership provider and Discord). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is accurate, complete, or timely.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silvergreen Partners and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services — whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silvergreen Partners and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your trading or investment decisions, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute not subject to arbitration, where applicable.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
